Hey Moar Powah! It seems like forever since I’ve made a “Mecha Moday” post, and that’s because well yeah it has been a while. 4 weeks to be exact. I remember saying I would do a double “Mecha Monday” post for Labor Day, but that never came to fruition.  In fact, I haven’t been able to post at all for a good while, and it’s only recently I started posting again (with my Mariano Rivera Tribute, and I finally got my column “The Courtroom” going again…check out the latest entry!).  To make up for my lack of posting, I decided to do a “Mecha Monday” post each day this week (Monday-Friday).  First up on the list is Muv Luv Alternative. This is not a review unfortunately.  I am posting this because it recently got translated (September 5th).  I definitely want to play it, and I know Laevatein will definitely review it down the road (I’ll offer a second opinion too).  It is his favorite series after all.  Go check out the translator’s site (Amaterasu) and the links on FAKKU!

Anyways, it just so happens that I purchased two figures featuring some of the beautiful ladies of Muv Luv Alternative Total Eclipse: Cryska Barchenowa and Yui Takamura.  They’re both made by Alpha Max and are part of their Skytube line. Check out the official pics below!

They’re modeled after the illustrations in a Muv Luv Calendar. The illustrations of Cryska and Yui can be found below.

Well that’s all for today. Check back tomorrow for another “Mecha Monday”!
