Introducing Harley Quinn in this episode! I’m thinking of drawing Jill with the Gotham Sirens (in a real picture, not with just chibis) but the amount of work it would entail … well, it kills all my motivation.

Speaking of Gotham Sirens, I feel obligated to squeeze Poison Ivy in here somewhere, but how?

Well, enough of my ramblings. Without further ado, here’s what you came for: Episode 23

Hey guys! Remember that impressions I did of UN-GO, from way back? Well after watching the series, and being rather disappointed with the sub-par and predictable ending in addition with the lack of closure, I was hoping that the prequel OVA to the series could do it some justice. Like what Gaiden was to Gemini (Darker than Black), I hoped Inga-ron would offer me some proper answers. Ultimately, I got what I wanted, but I’ve still my set of complaints! So let’s analyze some anime!

Get diggin’, and dig in! Itadakimasu~ Continue reading »

Last week was Otakon, so unfortunately I didn’t have a comic prepared. However, Episode 22 is finally out, and the plot is finally rolling along. Please forgive me and bear on with my silly comic!

Being the first game I’ve ever finished on my brand spankin’ new Steam account, Bastion will, from now on, hold a special place in my heart. But biases aside, Bastion consists of an array of qualities that are the makings of a great game; the beautiful backgrounds, the fantastic soundtrack and of course, as Kaushik calls it, the angelic voice of the narrator… they’re all there. So, need I say more? Well, I suppose I always do.

And without further ado, let’s dig in! Itadakimasu~ Continue reading »

We are returning to my anime reviewing, and next on the list is Aoi Bungaku, also known as Blue Literature. Aoi Bungaku is an adaptation of 4 famous pieces of Japanese literature, one of which I’ve actually read! The sheer amount of quality put into this series is enough to make me totally super excited.

So without further ado, let’s dig in! Itadakimasu~

I’ve always been meaning to watch Witch Hunter Robin. After all, it seemed like it was really well received, and the whole supernatural semi-dark theme is totally up my alley. However, after finally completing the series, I must say, I was slightly disappointed. Why? Well, this is why we’ll be digging into this story, isn’t it?

So without further ado, itadakimasu! Continue reading »

The new episode of Jack and Jill is up! Get it here: Episode 20.

I really wanted to feature Jill with one of those old-school faces just once. I thought I had a chance here… sorry if the expression doesn’t work with what she’s saying. >_>

I… am deeply sorry for not putting up Jack and Jill yesterday. So, here is my apology: a review of a sappy chick flick! Presenting Tokyo Marble Chocolate, the anime adaptation of Tanikawa Fumiko’s manga. Yeah. Ok! Let’s do this, itadakimasu!

So, this is actually a two-part movie, and each part plays the same series of events, but in different perspectives. Because of this type of execute, an ordinary plot became quite extraordinary.  Continue reading »

Happy Independence Day everyone! So the season ended a while ago, but I didn’t figure to write this until today. Why? Well, I figured I’d eventually write reviews for all the anime I’ve watched, but considering my endless list, that’ll take forever. Plus, there’s no guarantee that I’ll even want to review some of the stuff I watched… So I decided to just jot down some of my thoughts on the anime I watched this season. Therefore, major spoilers alert! You’ve been given fair warning…

Spring 2012

Anyway, let’s just dig in! Itadakimasu~ Continue reading »
